Pokemon
Pokémon derived from Pocket Monsters is one of my favorite Japanese animated series. A fan who had already collected and watched the 12 featured movies of this anime. An anime movie that hit North and South America including Philippines.
I love the relationship of Ash with his Pokemon. He treated his Pokemon not a toy but a friend specially Pikachu.

Pokemon – The First Movie is the first Pokemon movie where Mewtwo is introduced. Mewtwo is created in island laboratory from the DNA of Mew. Mew on the other hand is believed to be rare and extinct.
Ash Ketchum, Broke and Misty receive and invitation to a party hosted by world’s “greatest Pokemon Master” on the island.
Mewtwo is the one behind the invitational Pokemon challenge. The battle of Mewtwo vs. Mew and the evil businessman who wants to control Mewtwo. Will Ash save his Pokemon and friends?
