Visitors from here in the country and outside are keeping in coming back to these colorful festivals. The street noise, the parade, the fabulous dancers and the drumbeat is really one of a kind. Ati-atihan Festival

Location: Kalibo, Aklan
Festival Date: Every third Sunday of January
Hala Bira! One of the most common term heard during the festival meaning don’t stop! Ati-atihan festival is the oldest festival in country. Celebrating this year the 798th year of festival existence. The Akeanon’s tribe dances, beauties and praises can been seen during this festival.
