November 18th, 2009 by regiekunEden of the East anime will be having a two part Anime movie offering. The first film entitled Eden of the East the Movie 1: The King of Eden will open in Japan on November 28, 2009. The second movie, Eden of the East the Movie II: Paradise Lost will released on 2010.

What is Eden of the East?
Eden of the East is a psychological anime with some comedy and a touch of romance. The story mainly focuses on a young man named Akira Takizawa, who has no memories of his past and the only link he has to it is a cellphone with the ability to carry out any request with a simple phone call. He soon discovers that he had erased his own memories, and his cellphone was given to him as part of a “game” to save Japan from social and economic decline using whatever means necessary. Aside from Akira, there are also eleven other people with the same cellphone and conflict between them. So what are you waiting for?
